The hellohopes app does not collect any user information. There is no sign-up, no login, and no account. You can browse resources, read the questionnaire, and call a crisis line without ever telling us who you are.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking. We do not set advertising cookies. We do not record what you tap, what you read, or how long you stay on a screen.
When you tap a phone number, your device's dialer opens locally — the call goes through your phone carrier, not through hellohopes. We never see who you call or when.
The app does not request your location, your contacts, your camera, or your microphone. The resource list is the same for everyone; nothing about you is sent back to our servers.
If this ever changes, we will update this page and refresh the "last updated" date below. Material changes will be announced on the home page banner for at least 14 days.
